The hotel had nice and clean rooms, especially with a great front office team that took care of our entire family. The service was welcoming and amazing, from the housekeeping to the front office staff. The location was excellent, within walking distance of major attractions in Ludhiana. However, the dining experience was not up to the mark, with limited breakfast options.

The hotel rooms are fresh and clean, offering good value for money, though some restrooms had a stinky odor. The location is convenient for business and leisure, accessible to major attractions.

The hotel is in a peaceful location away from the noise of Ludhiana city. The rooms are initially clean and spacious but maintenance standards dropped after the first night, with forgetfulness in water refills. The service is attentive, especially housekeeping, and the staff, including Mr Navpreet Singh, are very cooperative. The location is convenient and great for business travelers.

My stay at the hotel was wonderful. The rooms are superb, very clean, and credit to Navi who is very humble, hard-working, and jovial, making me feel at home. Ankit Sharma, their sales manager, took great care of our kids. The service was also excellent, with cooperative staff members like Front office manager Brijesh, Narinder, Gurjit, Sudesh, Manpreet from security, and Himadri Das cafe staff. The location is near malls and greenery, in a peaceful area, and the dining experience was really enjoyable. The facilities provided added to the overall positive experience.

I had a great stay at the hotel in Ludhiana. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the service was exceptional, and the food was very good. I would definitely come back when I visit Ludhiana again. The only downside was that the rooms were compact in nature, albeit neat and clean.
